Prototyping
Saniplast internal technical department uses the most advanced technology
A three-dimensional printer to create quick prototyping of our ideas in real time and to have an immediate feedback of our proposals.
For prototyping, PLA is used, a durable material , environmentally friendly, generated by the fermentation of corn.

We made a new technique for decorating our toilet seats, that is the result of a process exclusively “Made in Italy”.
The distinctive feature of this decorating technique is without any doubt the satin effect of the surface.
This effect gives a natural look to the seat surface that looks incredibly real.
The decorations can have different themes such as wood, stone, abstract and technical themes. It perfectly matches the satin finishing, which is the dominant trend in the sanitary
sector, as well as in the flooring and furniture world. Satin effect is indeed one of the latest trend became so popular.
This type of satin finishing also differs from all the thermosetting decorated seats in the market, which have a glossy surface and look so unreal.

To help with this fight, our company has long been offering accessories and toilet seats made with a particular UF material with antibacterial properties.
These are products that guarantee a high hygiene standard and are therefore particularly indicated in all cases where a high level of cleanliness is required.
